Onesignal customer reviews

no customer service at all. they're not able to find you problem when you ask them, they answer too many time after for saying what something from their customer service already told me !

Onesignal used to be pretty good, but recently the customer service is non existent. Sure the company I work for doesn't pay for the $99 plan with extra support. But I'm lucky if I can get 1 response every 24 hours as I'm in the UK whilst their support mainly seems to be US based. The worse thing is the interface, it's via a Live Chat style system yet it's definitely not live chat. Why not just let me get support via email then? I don't expect instant support, but I would have hoped to have gotten an issue resolved within a week that's affecting thousands of notifications being delivered.

I've been using OneSignal throughout many years for different clients of ours. I've been amazed at how many times they've changed their pricing model, specific features, and overall costs. It's caused multiple of my clients to get stuck in very frustrating scenarios. I've reached out to customer support and all they say is you'll now need to upgrade to the next pricing tier to get that feature.

The office environment, work culture and product are outstanding. I work at OneSignal so I am biased. But after a multiple decade career working at both large, great companies such as eBay, Adobe and many other startups, the office space, the team that manage the office, it's location and everything about the company are great.
