Leasing companies aren't often someones favorite - but sometimes they're great. I had a technical issue with a time-sensitive application I was trying to submit without success. My girl LYNN, the miracle worker, stayed on the phone with me for around 2 hours to get it taken care of. Thank you to Lynn and the unseen team behind her!

How do I give zero stars?? They are literally keeping me homeless. They are committing fraud by placing information on my rental record that is not mine. But hey "they are trying to help me"... Yeah right. It took me 60 seconds calling the court to find out that it was not my information. Yet, I have to wait days for them to do what they should have done to begin with.. INVESTIGATE!!

This company is completely incompetent. They were the company our new apartment complex used to verify us. They couldn't internally communicate our living situation, causing the check process to take over 1 week. They advertised 2-3 business days. They are a joke. If you are a business, please never use them, and if you use them already, find someone else.

They do not help you. The customer service is not customer service. It’s a joke. They’re rude, unprofessional and lack compassion. I’m not sure why leasing companys use their company. I’ve never experienced anything like this. Everyone has an attitude and act as if they’re doing you a favor. If you want to rent a home and use see their name.. save yourself the stress, frustration and disappointment.

Provides fact based information to rental companies based on your credit. Don't get mad cause you got bad credit
