We rented a pool cabana on Resort Pass. We had the best experience. I took five 12 year old girls for a pool day. The service was impeccable. Tammy was our server and did an excellent job. The staff were friendly and helpful. The girls loved the two pools and water slides. The food was very good and we loved all of the amenities. We will be back!

Our girls had a great time at the pool, and we thoroughly enjoyed the spa. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was great . I absolutely loved the spa, and the lady who gave me my massage was amazing (I’m sorry I forgot her name). I mentioned that I have sciatica, and after the massage, I felt so much relief and no longer experienced any pain. I’m truly grateful to her. We’ll definitely be returning here again.

We were here for a conference and spent two nights. Highly recommend room 547 if you want a private bungalow type location but be warned, there's a lot of walking to do on the grounds. You can request for a golf cart but times can be delayed depending on how busy they are. Absolutely clean and lovely staff. Not a single person did not have a smile on their face or were not super friendly. Since I was there for a conference on site. I did not get to use many of the amenities, but the marketplace was great to grab a quick bite, the restrooms were clean, no complaints. It is a little bit old fashioned since it was built in the 1960s and they've kept their charm. Have to say the grounds are exquisitely manicured with flora and fauna.

This review is for the spa. The therapists I saw were excellent, however the spa waiting experience felt hectic and I absolutely did not like it. I had a massage followed by a facial. While waiting for my second treatment I had to sit in a coed room that was packed with people. I was in a robe, no makeup and looking pretty rough. I didn’t feel like being in a coed space at that time. I think there should be an option to wait between therapists in a more private area.

It's a nice place, the food ranged from good to superb. Bob's and Vue were top tier for sure. The rooms are nice and clean, though a tad dated. Room service was on point without being bothersome. My only complaints are that the shops were uninspiring and expensive, there were no walking trails, and they had some cool bikes to rent but they couldn't really tell us where to go. We couldn't find a gym for guests, couldn't find access to courts, and the pools were cold and the hot tubs were lukewarm. Winter is just not the time for this place, it seemed a bit under staffed and the staff we found weren't very helpful. One guy told us there was a walking trail by the lagoon... Nope! Just a swamp that would require waders and a machete. 🤷 Overall, I didn't feel it was quite with the price... Which averaged over $550 per night taxes and fees. If you're in the area definitely go eat there.
