Lovely shop, I am a big fan! Everything was nicely presented , clean, and girls at counter were lovely.

One of their quieter stores in London, but with the same great range of well sourced products. Staff are attentive and helpful without being annoying. Special mention to Dora and Iris who went above and beyond to help me buy gifts for my family.

Got my bestie some gorgeous champagne glasses for her wedding anniversary which she loved. I went to the store inside Embankment first and a lovely woman at the til helped me look whether there were the cocktail glasses are wanted at another store. Staff are lovely xx

I was trying to look for one specific item I couldn't describe very well but Clara was amazing and helped me get it arranged to be picked up from a nearby store. Thank you :)

Cant believe how super helpful every member of staff was in here. 4 of them at seperate occasions checked if I needed help without being pushy at all. They ran around getting sizes and choices, they checked stock if not in my size, they called Victoria shop to have my size out aside if they stocked it. Then - helped me choose some gifts for my daughter and a friend - wrapped them seperate y in tissue paper for free ( the young woman just suggested this would be nice and offered to do it ) I can’t recall her name inthink Izzy- from uni in Sheffield?. Well done you guys- it’s rare to get this kind of personal service nowadays with a smile - customer first attitude . Definately a pleasure if a vits although I did spend too much money in the process 😆🤣🥰
