Very bad experience. Its happen today I booked cab but driver had given Very rough reply and cancel the booked cab.at hinduja hospitai near about 3pm I was with pashents. She could not walk. I will never ask for ola cab.

Bad service. Ola operator application and ola partner application does not work properly.

so disappointed in the QUALITY of car that you are giving ur drivers . So extremely thrashed and dirty . Below is the footage recorded for your viewing purpose .. The driver was very good and polite . It’s your car that’ needs to be reviewed . OLA is def going down the drain . IVE NEVER SAT IN SUCH A THRASHY DIRTY CAR EVER .

It's better to beg for money instead to rob from customer. I have been charged twice for cancellation which I paid and the cancellation charges are impounded in my next ride as well. Shame on you. You better beg for money instead robbing from customer. Worst experience ever.

I've always preferred using Ola over other apps but now I don't know what has happened. I paid the driver cash but my Ola wallet is showing that my payment is pending. I have tried all options on customer service but always the chatbot only answers saying that it can't understand my query. How can I get in touch with a real person in customer care to explain my situation? I might have to switch to another taxi service if I can't get this issue resolved
