It was an Amazing Experience, i had issues in terms of sound from the front cockpit, the service person Aakash who handles the care+ services has helped a lot and even on a day which was a holiday for him he came and fixed the issues. Thanks a lot 😍😍

Very very very bad after sales service the advisors never take calls or reply to text messages no response regarding anything after reaching out multiple times. I’m selling the bike bcoz of this reason. Had to wait more than a month and still my bike part hasn’t arrived. Pls do not make a mistake buying one

30-45 days are normal for ola to resolve a minimalistic issue. Buy only if you are ready to park your scooter at ola service centre( on your own risk & on the road) more often than to park at your place.

Practically a scam. No ownership displayed. They will try their best to delay the fix for any issues reported. All positive comments posted here are from unverified friends and family.

Dear Ola Customer Care, I am writing to complain about the poor service I received at the Chembur and Kurla service centers on September 2, 2023. I had requested a service appointment for my Ola scooter on September 1, 2023, and it was approved for September 2, 2023. I visited the Chembur service center at (12:30) as per the appointment, but I was told that the supervisor or technician was not available at that center. I was then directed to the Kurla service center, where I arrived at 2:00 PM. At the Kurla service center, I was told that the supervisor had left for the day, even though the closing time is 8:00 PM. I was also not given an Ola charger, even though I had requested one. I am very disappointed with the service I received from Ola. I was inconvenienced by having to travel to two different service centers, and I was not able to get my scooter serviced. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide me with a solution as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Sincerely, Pritam Pawar
