Ogden Clinic

Can someone explain to me why I’m being sued for almost $1,000 for a $200 dollar bill that I thought I had already paid? To elaborate, I had just moved to Ogden from southern Utah when I visited this clinic. I have never had to pay a $150 fee, or any fee for that matter just to be seen! I was feeling very under the weather so I had my fiancé walk over to the counter for me while I sat down. After getting 3 different tests, an “I can tell there is something wrong but I don’t know what”, and an antibiotic. I was sent on my way thinking I had already paid for my visit. Only to be sued for close to $1000 a year later for a $200 dollar bill I would have been more than happy to pay. I even called the clinic the day I received the court documents offering to pay the bill and explaining my misunderstanding. Only to be very rudely told by their legal representative “No! It’s too late for that but you can pay $700 dollars before we submit this to the court in 10 days, after that it will be even more expensive” I think that looks very desperate, ugly, and unbecoming of a company that is in business to “help people”. Suing a college student over a $200 dollar misunderstanding is pathetic in my opinion and I can only imagine the further lack of adequate care this company has for it’s patient given my experience with them. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

The girls in Radiology today were super great. This was my first experience having an MRI with contrast and it wasn't all bad. The girls I worked with were so nice to explain everything going on, were personable, and walked me through the process. I felt everything was done very well. I appreciated the laughs and being well taken care of. It was also nice to be able to listen to country music while getting my MRI and them checking on me often. Would definitely recommend getting your stuff done here. Thanks, ladies!

Had a 10 am appointment and they didn't inform me until 10:45 that they are running late and it will still be about 20 minutes at least before they can get me back. Why set appointments if you can't keep them. We take off work to make these appointments too.

I suffered a miscarriage as well as I was having other health concerns. And because at the time I had wearing enamel (teeth looked bad at the time) I have fixed my dental issues since then. I also have sensitive skin and was diagnosed with folliculitis. Sarah had no empathy and straight up accused me of being on drugs. (I get blood draws for testing for thyroid ECT ECT would if come up if I was a user) The room was the size of a utility closet. I walked in there already feeling a bit uncomfortable. I do not recommend seeing her especially if you've suffered a miscarriage. No Stacie Egan is my GI Dr. And has not made me feel crazy there has been something going on with my health/body and she is doing all that she can because something is clearly wrong with my body. I have some tests and procedures coming up. I cannot wait to get some answers. Thank you Stacie!

Trying to charge me hundreds for doing nothing but looking at my wound. I have a permanent scar on my back thigh over 1 inch wide. I was sure it needed stitches but, Ogden clinic did nothing except tell me to clean it myself. Now they're trying to charge me hundreds. Ogden Clinic is a scam. Ps: Ogden clinics responses seem very inhumane and almost like it's a automatic ai system that responds to human patients complaints and not a human being.

Ogden Clinic has little interest in you besides what may be found in your wallet. Be prepared to be treated as such. But at least the facility seemed clean.
