Officeworks

It's a pretty busy store, understandably so. However, staff are pretty helpful when you ask for assistance. I was looking for a set of art pencils that was not on display- a staff member was restocking nearby and kindly looked the item up to see it's location. At first glance, it seemed out of stock, but he returned to confirm the item was available and found it in one of the storage boxes overhead. So thank you Noah! (Hope I have the correct name)

I always come into this store before 8 am for printing. Today was the worse. I wanted a straight forward print on Avery lables brought from this store. I for the guidelines by office works and rules but today the person on the counter clearly did not know what she was doing. Spent 15 min trying to get the printer to work even on a test print. I would have thought it was a bad day for her but the person be hind her had the same issue and his was just a standard print on a larger sheet of paper from a different printer. Each morning I come in I see the same thing with builders trying to print their plans and. I have the same problems. You can clearly see that the image shows a user error with something James in the printer and gone through with my sheet of paper. I recommend if you have another office works to go to that you trust then do so as this store is not worth the risk and it will save you time If it’s a staffing issue please fix it. Thanks

Went into Pitt street store to buy a printer. When I realised it was too heavy for me to carry home, I asked for it to be delivered. Staff member did not know how much delivery fee was but after 10 minute of computer work he came up with the fact that it was free. OK, that was fine, but when I asked what day it would be delivered, he said Monday. I said that was no good for me as I would not be home all day and did not want it left on the premises because of possibility of theft. More computer work then he said, "THE COMPUTER WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO CHANGE THE DATE TO ANOTHER DAY!" I was stunned to say the least that a company like Officeworks whose profits come from the sale of computers cannot program its computers to allow its customers to select an alternate day for a delivery. I left the computer sitting on the counter, said nothing, just walked away. GO TO HELL, OFFICWORKS! The next computer, mobile phone, printer etc WILL NOT BE FROM OFFICEWORKS. Your company is a pile of NONSENSE!

I appreciate that the staff is working hard to get to peoples printing orders but they are almost always under staffed and the printing service management is extremely disappointing. First of all the queue to get something printed is always long, and when it’s your turn you get told that you will get your prints after 24 hours! The management should seriously consider getting more staff and more printers.

I visited this store today and bought some stuff for my child.. The male shop assistant at the checkout is very unhelpful. I brought my own bag. He scanned everything and left them on the counter. He did not offer any help to pack them into the bag at all. I have to lean over towards his side and grab everything. It’s a very weird shopping experience. Maybe he was not trained to be nice to customers. I’ll definitely avoid this place.
