If you want to print don’t come here! Printed 8 photos in self serve and only 1 of the self serve printers was running with someone print 300 photos. Asked at the desk to print. Had to queue multiple times. 1 hr later I got my 8 photos. Ridiculous. Should have checked all the other reviews about the terrible printing experience first…

How does this place even function? The staff at the print area are extremely lazy and inadequate. Not willing to help, communication is non existent. I waited over an hour for 2 photos to be printed from behind the counter and it was only when I enquired they said “oh the printer is broken” and told to come back another day, didn’t hear anything for multiple days. Came back, still photos hadn’t been printed. What a waste of time, if you want something printed, DO NOT COME HERE!

How does this place run? Getting over the fact that you come here and multiple staff are standing around doing nothing. The printing area. Lines of people’s 2 staff standing around doing absolutely nothing. A 2.9 overall review and management hasn’t stepped in to do anything. If there’s a line of people are the print and copy And know one on the shop floor, but an abundance of staff standing around twirling their thumbs. Get off your butts and serve customers. Lift your game. Lazy lazy lazy staff

Shout out to the male store manager who assisted to my last minute requests even though the store is closing. Appreciate their help and service. The printing service male staff was helpful as well. Apologies on my part coming 15 minutes pre store closing and kudos to their service.

Spent 45m to photo print one photo, no help what so ever from maybe staffs level of 4 due to technical issues from scanner. Pissed off, went to K mart nearly, did it in 5 minutes. Never again, Bingo to K mart photo centre ! Is the level of service and care that counts, not hard.

I come to this Officeworks, as it is indeed the closer ones to my office. For a store that I don't find mammoth, I'm not sure why I get so overwhelmed...

If I have a bad experience with a business, I usually just wash my hands of them and don't come back, but this has been such an utter nightmare that I had...
