Absolutely abysmal service by the staff. The two persons at the counter looked like they could not be bothered to be there and when my item took quite a bit of time for them to find, they were silent throughout with no apologies whatsoever opposed to "sorry for the wait and it won't be too much longer." Just utter silence. There was also an item that was ticketed wrongly as reduced to clear on the shelf and was made to feel like it was my fault for not knowing it was ticketed wrongly. And the staff just nonchalantly said she didn't know which product the ticket was referring to and left it at that. Again, no apologies for the miscommunication and the misleading ticket on the item. Just a "whatever" attitude. This was on Wed 18/12/24 at 5.00pm. But based on the 2.9 review rating, I doubt Offoceworks will do anything about this.

How does this place even function? The staff at the print area are extremely lazy and inadequate. Not willing to help, communication is non existent. I waited over an hour for 2 photos to be printed from behind the counter and it was only when I enquired they said “oh the printer is broken” and told to come back another day, didn’t hear anything for multiple days. Came back, still photos hadn’t been printed. What a waste of time, if you want something printed, DO NOT COME HERE!

If you want to print don’t come here! Printed 8 photos in self serve and only 1 of the self serve printers was running with someone print 300 photos. Asked at the desk to print. Had to queue multiple times. 1 hr later I got my 8 photos. Ridiculous. Should have checked all the other reviews about the terrible printing experience first…

One of the staff in a counter forced me to do charity Even I said no thanks, she asked me again with very annoyed, rude voice. I feel like she was too lazy to give me cash change.

Hahahaha this shop is a joke. Lucky its officeworks which might not go into liquidation. That staff worse working attitude is out of the world. Forgot to ask the name. We will update once we know his name. Either hire staffs who really keen to work or just shut down this branch. Many others who has better work ethic need job. We were using self serve copying machine and it ran out of paper. So i called that guy to assist us. He came, he looked at the machine and said "its out of paper. You need to refill the paper". I asked him "where is the paper?". He said "Behind the table, underneath" so I went there to grab the paper and gave it to him. However, he asked me to refill it myself. "Open the cover, open the tray, place it there" and he closed the tray and left. However, the machine was not working still. Not printing out. So I called him again. He came and looked at the machine and said "Oh! Its jammed. You overfilled it. You need to get the jammed paper out". I looked at him and said "You were the one who filled it and How do I do that? I dont even work here nor knowing how to fix it" He didnt answer me and kept blaming me for the jammed paper while working on the machine and tray to get the jammed paper out "See, you overfilled it so its jammed. Next time dont overfill it" while he slammed the paper to the floor and walked off 😅😅🤦‍♀️

I come to this Officeworks, as it is indeed the closer ones to my office. For a store that I don't find mammoth, I'm not sure why I get so overwhelmed...
