Oberoi Hotels & Resorts

Our stay at The Oberoi Mumbai was ok. Nothing very special. The service at the restaurants for breakfast was rather slow. All in all, a mediocre experience

Excellent location and beautiful hotel. The lobby and interior is expansive. The pool area is nicely shaded between the two hotels, so the water was very refreshing. The room had ceilings at least 12 feet high and was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The service was impeccable. The complex has many excellent restaurants, bars, and shopping. Security is omnipresent.

Beautiful view and a very comfortable start. The breakfast buffet was really good! Highly recommend it. Best Ambience and the banquet. Most amazing view from the rooms and Great bar to enjoy every moment is worth.

Amazing service with extremely helpful staff. The ambience is excellent, and the rooms are cleaned and refreshed promptly and multiple times a day. Excellent value for the price as well, and great pools, with a large selection of mostly good restaurants - although we did get food poisoning when we ate at Ziya.

We had a great stay but what made it special for us is the people. Bella in housekeeping and Pensing the masseuse were incredibly kind and hospitable. The staff here is very accommodating and truly cares about making your experience worthwhile. The hotel itself and the restaurants were great but more so the staff is what makes this place worth the price!
