Mike at Nu Motion was great to work with from the beginning of the process to the end. He was very helpful and friendly and did everything necessary to get my mom evaluated and approved for her power wheelchair. I sincerely appreciate his patience in working with my mom and I as it was a long road with her being in/out of the hospital many times during the process and stuck with us the entire time. Thank you Mike! Update: August 2024...While initially Mike was great to work with during the process to get my mom approved, fitted and to deliver her new power chair, the service after receiving the chair from Mike has been horrible and non-existent. When he delivered the chair on Jul 15, 2024, I specifically asked him if we have any problems should I contact him or the company and he said for the first few months call him. I have left several voicemail and texts for him and I have gotten ZERO response. Horrible customer service after the chair was delivered, probably because he already got his commission. I even talked to his assistant, Sonia and his manager about the problems my mom has with the chair and still never got any satisfaction, just a temporary solutionin hopes our sales person will eventually make things right. The only person who has actually helped us since the chair was delivered is Brent. He has went out of his way to try and help us but said Mike has to be the one to ultimately help us. I have ZERO faith that this will happen.

My daughter has been using a power wheelchair for over 25 years. Numotion is the only place we get her chairs from. The customer service is excellent. The technicians are very thorough, they know the chairs, and when it's time for a repair there on it. The Numotion is where you should be if you want excellent products, professional and personal customer service, and very knowledgeable professionals.

Worst wheelchair ever! A year trying and two doctors visits , two house visits , one in a out patient and still got all the wrong parts , very disrespectful answers , ignoring my worries for safety. I can't understand how that happens they even try to deliver the wheelchair chair without my daughter home is unbelievable. I decided if they need anything to go to school with PT because this has been very upsetting for me . And very unsafe as well! This is a wheelchair is from February 15, 2024, and me and PT at school already bought new pieces and constantly fixing things due to dangerous and conform. So bad!

I don't know how they did it, but they made all the paperwork involved go so smoothly when I know it didn't. My experience with the staff has been wonderful, especially with Maggie and Skylar who were so very helpful and so patient and understanding. They know their job so well and make everything so much easier for us simple folk. They both deserve a raise in pay.

We are moving to another state and we wanted a check up on husband’s 3 year old electric chair. The service man came out and checked the chair over and ordered what parts needed to get it up to good working order and when the parts came in, they came back out and installed them. All this in a quick timely manner before our move! Great service!
