Numotion

My new wheelchair from NuMotion is working well. Felicia, the tech that came out to deliver the chair was personable and pleasant. She did a great explaining its features and she made sure that I was comfortable and that I understood everything. Plus Felicia picked up the loaner wheelchair that I was using free of charge until my new one was ready. Highly recommend.

The whole experience was great. The wheelchair was made specifically for Terry. The delivery was great, when there were issues with the wheelchair fitting through door ways she corrected what she could here, then took it it back to the shop to continue fixing the issue and returned it within a couple hours. She went above and beyond with her customer service. She explained everything regarding the use of wheelchair. The wheelchair is made very well and is light weight for easier use.

Very happy with my new, power wheelchair! It took awhile to get the chair..mainly due to insurance but Numotion folks were easy to reach and good communication from them

The technician, Julius, did amazing work on my husband’s chair. He solved the problem and installed the device we needed. He also installed new batteries. He notified us when he was on the way and is very professional and knowledgeable. He demonstrated patience and perseverance. We had a great experience with both of these repairs.

I had a wonderful experience with Brenna. She was extremely helpful and worked easily with my daughter to get her measurements for equipment. 100% recommend
