Disgusting and unprofessional front desk. Nurse was so rude. I left to another hospital to get stitches because I refuse to have an angry nurse with rude allied (also to my biyfruend) put a needle in me. Wait time is forever and they treat patients like garbage. My phone wasn’t even recording and the nurse yelled at me to stop being disrespectful just because I had my camera out and open on accident

Really great service, I'm always happy with the quality of the service and treatment that I get. I've been in the ER here before and they treated me well, made sure I got more than enough tests, and clearly explained to me what I was feeling and why. Definitely a good place to get treated, will go back again.

I've been waiting since 4:15 pm to be discharged it's now 10:58 pm I haven't had a nurse to stop by and check up on me within the total time frame not see if I needed water to get to urinate to see if I needed a sandwich to check my blood pressure my oxygen levels nor my ekg not one nurse saw me from I was pushed outside into the hallway from ER room 21 pushed al9ng side the wall 2 200bft from the emergency door entrance I've sitting here being subjected to cold air sitting next to a toom that says Isolation my doctors were pulled into a dire emergency yet I'm experiencing a clot in my vein wasn't given any blood thinner medication or shot to prevent it my last dose of my elliquis was at 8 am I could've been laying in the hallway dead they probably wouldn't have noticed not one single person checked up on me I had to continue to get up to go the nurses station for updates bout my discharge not one single person seemed even slightly concerned what a terrible experience I've had today and I'm still having it I'm writing this as I still sit here waiting 1st they said the doctors were busy then they had to figure out course of treatment to take before discharging me even when the doctor had that information I still had to get up to go ask for an update I sat here and sat here like I was invisible what imperfect care I received today I'm disgusted

ICU maintenance crew don't clean throughly. They sweep and mop when they feel like it. Having a loved one with organ transplant you would imagine that the room would expectionally cleaned and disinfected on daily basis.They need people who want to work. Not lazy or in a hurry to leave. Put some pride and effort in what you. What if it was yourself in that bed you would want the same. I very disappointed.

My mother went in to the ER and discovered she had appendicitis. The staff was AMAZING. Mary from the ER was very thorough with her questions, RN Veronica from pre/post op floor was INCREDIBLY attentive and sweet and RN Kate was also very kind. My mother said the surgeons and anesthesiologist were extremely kind and patient with her. They don’t get the credit they deserve! & lastly the translators Northwestern had were very kind and knowledgeable. Surgery went well and we couldn’t have had a more positive experience. Thank you Northwestern hospital staff! ❤️
