Nicest Nordstrom location I've visited. Large selection of brands, large shopping space spanning multiple levels, and spa services upstairs. Friendly staff and well-stocked store.

We were lucky to visit this Nordstrom store before, sometime ago, this time was in Summer- to enjoy the super fun Shoebar Karen served us delightful nibbles and drinks A fun place to meet friends or chat with fellow shoppers / bar customers We enjoyed Prosecco and a crisp lager plus vegetarian dips

Beautiful store with gorgeous selection. I worked with Janine for private styling because I needed fits for two galas. She found pieces I never would have noticed and pulled together lots of flattering options, including some fantastic everyday looks. She has gorgeous style herself and totally understood my taste instantly. It was such luxurious fun working with her and I am thrilled with the whole experience.

My boyfriend and I visited the Chanel department today, excited to browse for an early Christmas gift, but the experience was deeply disappointing and unsettling. Shortly after we arrived, a tall man began following us through the section. He initially asked if we needed assistance, and we politely declined, but instead of leaving us to shop in peace, he stayed uncomfortably close. It became clear he was intentionally following us when another woman approached him to ensure he was ‘keeping an eye on us.’ We felt not only uncomfortable but also disrespected by this treatment, and ultimately, we decided to leave the store. If you are going to follow someone, at least be discreet about it. We are disappointed.

Just loveeee the decor of this place. It's my 3rd time here & I gotta say this is my favorite one so far. It's huge & very nicely decorated! Very clean too. They even have single restrooms for customers, loved that ! Obviously it's a high end place but the products are just fabulous. I couldn't hold myself so treat myself with something special! This is my birthday month so I gotta take care of my wishes ! I feel like I was just walking around every floor & enjoying the decor , rather then shopping lol..! I will definitely come back with lots of time on my hands.
