Don’t try to return things at this store. I Would give negative scores if I could. The associate at the register chatted with the customer in front of me for quite a while knowing I was next in line waiting to be helped. I actually left halfway to the restroom because I waited for too long and they still haven’t done yet. When I came back, the checkout and payment were done but they were still chatting, fulling aware of my existence. Finally the customer left and the moment I said I would like to return things, the associate told me to wait for a minute and she left and never came back! I would never try to return things at this department store again. Retail is sinking business and you obviously feel the chill from the way they treat customers. I looked through previous reviews and there were so many customers mentioned racial discrimination. I suspected it while I was treated this way but was not sure at that time but now I am not surprised. I am an Asian and the customer the assistant served before me was an elderly white lady. Seems this is the only customer profile the associates in this store care about, just as so many previous reviews by people of colors mentioned.

Nordstrom was a great shopping experience. There were tons of great quality items and accessories. There are tons of different brands, such as Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, and Gucci, in the store in little boutiques sections. They don't only sell high-end clothing and accessories they also sell figurances, shoes, bags, and many other things. Apparently, there's a cafe, but I couldn't find it. They also offer tailoring and personal shopper experiences. I think this one is smaller than the Washington Square one. But overall, I would definitely recommend coming and checking it out. It was super fun going up-and-down the escalators looking around and just having a good time.

My friend and I frequent the Dior Beauty counter. Dina is amazing! She is so knowledgeable about everything she sells and is always super helpful. I have never regretted a single purchase when she is our salesperson. She goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and find what we need.

Extremely disappointed with the service received, not up to the usual Nordstrom standards. Ordered shoes that were not available in-store, and received the wrong color today. When contacting the call center, I was informed that I would need to return the shoes to the shop for a refund. This falls short of the exceptional service I have come to expect from Nordstrom.
