I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews. The location is so good. The rooms are clean. The front desk was very polite. The staff in the hallways were so friendly. Price is reasonable. Yea- some of the rooms are dated but who cares. Go outside. You’re in NYC.

A painting fell off the wall and onto my sleeping parents in the middle of the night when we stayed in their king suite and used the pullout sleeper couch. The painting was precariously hung using the thin frame and they did not use the actual secure picture hangers on the painting at all. I filed an incident report with security and the front desk, left my phone and email address, but I have not heard from anyone regarding the safety hazard and it has been 4 days since it happened. When I checked out, I even asked if my incident report has been reviewed and they said there were no managers present but someone would contact me the next day, but still silence. I am extremely disappointed how this safety hazard is being handled and I hope they fix it so no one gets hurt.

The entrance and lobby were beautiful and the staff was helpful and friendly, but the rooms were extremely basic. Our bed didn’t even have a flat sheet and we were missing body wash. I also noticed that the air filter for the ac had a thick coating of dust and desperately needed to be changed. If they put as much attention to detail on the actual rooms as they do the lobby this place would be great.

A hotel that is perfectly located in the south part of Soho. It’s a quiet little Haven of calm when you want to get away from the bustling in New York City, and yet close to two subway stations, which get you anywhere you want to be in New York rapidly. Our room was extremely quiet, not amazingly cozy, but functional and quiet which is rare in NYC. The staff, especially Cesar, are super professional. We had an issue with the hot water and Cesar intervened immediately, took responsibility for the issue and solved it asap. Highly recommend!

Definitely a 1 star hotel. This hotel is horrendous. The location is amazing but unfortunately the staff and the condition of this hotel is terrible. I’m not sure where to start. The rooms are not up to proper standard. The rooms are dirty and the furniture and the walls have major wear and tear. In addition to the room having issues with the interior, the staff gives dirty towels and wash cloths! I received a towel that had stains on it . There are several hotels in soho. Please save your money and skip this hotel entirely. This hotel is a major let down.

Beautiful hotel, amazing view, spotless room, 10/10 customer service. Cannot recommend a better hotel if you're visiting NYC!

Rooms are Very small. . The bathroom doors don't shut they just close slightly but don't shut.. the windows cause a huge draft so the heat doesn't help and...

Convenient location located in SOHO. There are a lot of walkable restaurants, small convenient stores and shopping districts right near the hotel....
