Nike

This store has most bored men as sales men. They aren’t interested one bit. They don’t help the customers with any insight on the shoes. Maybe they don’t know anything. They lack any amount of enthusiasm and interest. Especially the guy who attended to us - Mr Gurpreet Singh. He was so bored, it bored us so much we actually ended our shopping and left the mall. He just didn’t care if we bought the shoes as he assumed we were not going to buy. He didn’t help us with options. Gurpreet should not attend to customers. He doesn’t like Nike.

I wouldn’t recommend buying your shoes from this store. A month ago, I’d gone in to buy a pair of shoes suitable for my flat feet, and bought an Air Zoom Structure 24, at the showroom they seemed fine but later started to hurt my toes, filed a claim, but Nike rejected it, went to the store to return it, the store guy gave me an exchange of a Renew series even though I asked for a bigger size of the structure 24, he said that won't be possible since its not in stock. And said that the Renew series has arch support, at the showroom they seemed fine but now I realise that the shoes don’t have as good an arch support as the structure 24. Please do your research and don’t fully rely on the folks at the store, like I did. Made a regretful purchase decision.

Their sales guys are absolute cheaters. I went there to buy running shoes last week and I found a shoe worth Rs 6K which was something that I was keen to buy but the sales guy said that it was not meant for 'long distance running'. Although I found this advice strange, but I took it, thinking that he would know better. Then he suggested me the Nike Vomero 16 which was double the price. It was not a very good fit, as a part of my heel was hurting, but he said that it settles down after a couple of days of usage. I bought it because it was lightweight and the colour was beautiful, but the discomfort in my heel did not stop even after wearing it continuously in the last few days. I have realized that these guys can stoop down to any extent to make a sale. Never ever going to this shop again. This has made me lose confidence in a brand like Nike. What a shame.

Visited the store with buying the Air Jordans in mind as I entered the first floor the first shoe was the vaporfly (or that’s what they told me) and asked me to try them on. I said no because i knew they were meant for running. The same thing happened again but with some other expensive shoe it was like they trying to sell the high end products but when I denied she walked away. Finally I had the Air Jordans with me so I called the sales person but she ignored me so I called the other one but the previous sales person told him that don’t attend him he is not going to buy anything. When I am here to shell out 15k rupees and then get this attitude of the sales attendant I was furious I left the store. A very unpleasant experience I really was very angry but did not want to make a scene I swore to never buy Nike. This attitude is unbearable as it us who are paying their wages. I demand a sincere apology letter from them.

I’ve given 3 star to my store. Yes I work here and im going to answer all your feedback. Thanks for all the feedback for our store. First mr. dandiwala sorry but we have told you at the time of billing that our printer was not working so we will mail you the copy of your bill. Not providing bill is not regularly happens. Sometimes technical issues came. Sometimes customers have to be co operative and thank god we have those kind of customers also. Ms. Swati can you elaborate your concerns coz i didn’t get you complaint. First of all we are not behave like salesman it gives discomfort to customers and they get irritate. We just wish,smile and gave privacy to the customers like its their own shop. We keep distance from the customers about 2,3 feet. I guess you visited on weekends when our staff might be bussy with other customers. Still we are sorry that we were not able to provide you a good customer service. Well im giving 3 star to my store coz as compare to store size we don’t have sufficient stock and option. Hope we’ll receive Jordan and airforces also. Ms. Harshita sorry for that if you feel so but can i ask you which shoes you’re enquire about? We never disconnect call directly and never be rude to the customers after all its a field of customers service.
