These inactivity fees they just introduced are pure nonsense, I don't mine anymore because my profitability would be in negative, can't withdraw my assets because there's a minimum withdrawal amount, can't even close my account because there are still assets left. I would need to deposit some btc first in order to reach minimum withdrawal amount, but it asks KYC process in order to make transactions, and no I'm not giving them my details just to get my few cents, but still, they just force me to wait and lose all my assets, if they could at least make an exception for lower withdrawal amount for inactive accounts or something....

Completed KYC, yet it showed as pending for a few days. So I reached to technical support, who informed me of acceptance and everything works again. Very responsive technical support, sincerely appreciated.

My crypto which i stored there is gone because of the fee which they charged when you are not moving it. I really can not recommend it.
