Nextiva

As a small business, we recently switched to Nextiva for our communication needs, and so far, it's been a fantastic experience. The platform is user-friendly and has all the features we need to stay connected with our clients and team. What stands out the most, though, is the exceptional support from the Nextiva team. They've been incredibly helpful, always responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we're getting the most out of the service. Transitioning to a new system can be daunting, but Nextiva made it smooth and easy. Highly recommend to other small businesses looking for reliable communication solutions!

Nextiva has been great to work with. We just finished our implementation, and we are pleased with the results. The Nextiva staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They were very hands on throughout the process and always available to assist if we had questions. The program itself has been easy to use (we have about 40 physical phones but 70ish total users).

I have an inexpensive, simple plan for a one-person small business. I just discovered that I can use my Nextiva plan to fax documents directly from my Google Mail account using the Nextiva app! Very cool. Whenever I call for customer service or support I'm treated like their biggest account. This is truly an exceptional technology and customer service organization.

I wasn’t quite sure if Nextiva was right for my business and of what plan I should go with if it was. It was before business hours and I submitted an interest form. A representative contacted me promptly after normal business hours began. He was personable and professional in helping me choose the right plan for my business needs. After signing on to a plan, the set up team walked me through the process with the same professionalism that I had previously experienced with the first representative. I’ve only had the service for a few days and am extremely pleased so far. I highly recommend Nextiva.
