Its a great place to work , HR has better response than other companies I worked with and So is management. The only downside is the US management which really make things complicated for Indian BDC , otherwise this company should have been in a better place and awesome place to work. Shout out to "Mahima Sugumaran" Sr. Director, don't know much about her personally but she tries to be best help from the top management. however as I told the US management has blind spot on lot of issues which are very simple to overcome but just act like Indian teams have to live with it. P.s US development center has great people to work with and Management has to work better for the best resource management and provide work life Balance. P.p.s I hope I get a chance to work here one more time when things settle to a better operational position.

I gave an interview to this company in june 2022. It was three rounds of technical and cleared it. On HR round, they tell the position is on Hold🤦🏼‍♂️.To ppl whoever giving interview to this company, make sure you have HR's alignment with the project. Very bad experience 🚶‍♂️

1st technical round went well which was 1hour and i was through it. 2nd round was scheduled and interviewer did not turn up for 30mins then he reached me and videocalled me in watsapp.He took ony 2mins of interview driving the car (i could see him driving in videocall).Then i called HR and they told that person gave negative remarks.Please dont play with peoples time guys. Grow up!

US based health care company. Have been working here for last 5 years. Employee friendly company. Work life balance is very good. Don't ever miss the chance if you get offer.

My previous experience was in us healthcare. First round of interview was done telephonic, I had told the person who took interview that I left my previous company for better career growth. She was totally fine with my profile, n my ms office skills. Scheduled my interview for today at 10:30am. My home is very far from company, even though I left home at 8:30, I reached at 11. After cmng She says I can't promise any career growth in NextGen & there's no scope for learning. Ppl r working frm 6-8yrs n not got promotion. If this was the case, she would have told me on telephonic interview. She didn't. She wasted my time n day. Such a irresponsible person. If u can't assure something, then don't say it. It's Worst interview & worst interviewer. Unprofessional 😡👎
