This is absolutely poor experience, every small thing they need approval and the approval take more than usual time. I am writing this review to sitting at a hospital where I have come to visit an ENT specialist, as I have some infection in my ear so the doctor said need to clean the ear as it has some fungal infection for that they required an approval from my insurance company , it’s been more than 1.30 hours it hasn’t been approved.So I called to the next care customer service, somehow they answered the called and check everything than that lady responded that request they required a doctor report to approved this . My question is why has it not been responded the moment it was requested by the hospital, I had to call to their customer service than they replied on it , If I had not called I would have been waited here for the whole day . And Still it hasn’t been approved I don’t know whether it will be approved or not . I will update once my visit is over … Update- So after waiting 30 mins I called back again to the Nxtcare customer care , I was told that as per the doctor report It would take 3 days time to approve it , than I paid the bill 200 aed by cash because I had to do it , because it was an emergency.However, I was just about to leave the Clinic than I got an call from the Nxtcare and I was told i”t will be approved now just tell to the clinic submit the report again”, so I did as they said and finally it was approved and I got back my money immediately. I recently had a disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I initiated my claim, it became clear that this company struggles with timely approval processes. The approval took an unreasonably long time, leaving me in a state of uncertainty and frustration. The phone representatives I encountered were equally disappointing. They seemed to have a limited understanding of the policies and procedures, often repeating the same few lines, such as, "Don't worry, it will be done in a couple of minutes." Unfortunately, those "couple of minutes" stretched into what felt like an eternity. Every call left me feeling more confused and anxious about my claim status. Overall, I would not recommend this insurance provider if you value efficient communication and prompt claims processing. My experience has been far from satisfactory, and I am exploring other options for my insurance needs.

I’m using Next care medical insurance for a couple of months and just recently I had a situation where my doctor submitted the request for one procedure and it was rejected by the insurance 7-8 times. We checked what was the reason and after talking with person in charge for approving the claims Aliaa Mahmoud the request was approved. She was so helpful and really appreciate that they were so fast with approval. All recommendations for this Insurance company 👍🙌
