We attended a pop-up event here and it was quite the vibe! Spacious, lots of different areas to eat, chat, or chill.

Absolutely horrible venue to attend any event. The photographer keeps blinding you non-stop with the flash. Forget about enjoying the event unless you don’t mind flash every 10 seconds. Oh and the girl at the front desk is so rude. Like no empathy for the customer concern. Just shrugged it off. But to her credit, this issue might be way above her pay grade to address.

It's very nice and different from spots I been to. 1st floor layout is unique with a lot to offer and the remaining floors have a nice design and aesthetic. Lots of options for the dailies or the long terms. 12th floor is more of an entertainment area which was done up nice. Never got a chance to get some food so that last star is up for grabs 🤙🏾

We got scammed here by their event space. They quoted us 1x number and billed us 3x. Zero empathy or integrity when asking them to honor their quote. Not unique to NYC, but doesn’t feel great.
