Their service is top notch, even the delivery personal is professional and kind. I was so happy of how I was able to make my Bunny Bear happy with the bouquet of flowers. Celebrated our one year anniversary yesterday 1st of October. I placed an order for my partner and little did I know that he also placed an order. Not only that made our anniversary special but the fact that we received what we’ve order fresh and was delivered in a good state as well. Net Florist you are truly reliable. Even got updates to track our order and been made aware when our orders got delivered. Definitely placing an order with you guys in the future. I am writing to express my disappointment with the flower bouquet I sent to my sister for her 18th birthday. I paid over R600 for these flowers, expecting a fresh, and high-quality arrangement. Unfortunately, the bouquet she received falls FAR short of these expectations presented on the net florist website! Quality of Roses: - The roses appear old, lacking the freshness and vibrancy that one would expect from a premium bouquet. - Many of the rose petals are wilted and show signs of browning, which means that the flowers were not fresh. The roses were not even as pink as shown on the website, they looked more white with a little pink. Given the amount I paid, I feel that the quality and appearance of the bouquet are not worth the price. This experience has been very disappointing, especially considering the high expectations set by your company’s reputation. I feel like I wasted so much of money on old roses. This is unacceptable and and deceitful. I have attached images of the bouquet as it was received. I request that you address this issue by either providing a replacement bouquet of the expected quality or offering a full refund. I look forward to your prompt response to resolve this matter satisfactorily.
