Smooth experience with NetFlorist. No hassle or problems. Ordered a box full of chocolates with a balloon for my mums birthday, and it was such a lovely surprise for her. She was absolutely delighted. Thank you for the great service.

The service was great until the gift I ordered arrived without the balloon I'd paid for. Luckily, the recipient was not aware that a happy birthday balloon was supposed to have formed part of the package. She was extremely happy and impressed. Now, how do we go about correcting the issue of the missing balloon? It was paid for after all.

I’m so happy with my beautiful flowers😍🥹 because my location is slightly out, I thought I was gonna receive my flowers late but gues what!!? The delivery was super quick and the beauty & freshness of the flowers are out of this world🥹🥹🥹

Just ordered flowers from NetFlorist for a friend that went for surgery, she got home and found her flowers. Sent me a picture, looks nothing like the picture of what I wanted and ordered, and the flowers looks like a week or more old!! Not happy at all. You can see the fist picture is what we received, and the second picture was what I selected and tried to order online. Not happy!

The service was incredibly impressive, as I received my package on the same day I placed the order. The picnic basket is aesthetically pleasing, although the plates are smaller than I had anticipated. I am eagerly looking forward to using it. Thank you NetFlorist🌷
