1. The NC office is on 5th floor and 3rd floor in tower D and C. The seating is good and spacious. There is cafeteria common to the floor. 2. And on 7th floor is the food court common to the tower. NC used to offer free food to their employees, but recently they've stopped the food and cab facility for cost cutting. The food was good. Also other food options are there but they are paid. Food court fills up during lunch time 1-3pm. Very crowded during this time. Overall a good place to work and a good work culture. Not much fun and game options available, there is one fussball and carrom in the 5th floor. The 3rd floor is new and looks better and bright compared to the 5th floor. Its deteriorated very much, needs renovation.

It is a beautiful office to work out of. The only misery is the Pune Autorickshaw folks who are terrible humans

I feel proud to be a part of such wonderful, growing organization. Netcracker is one of the best organization, wich cares employee. Has nice work culture with work life balance. And lots of opportunities to grow in your career. Very supportive management and HR team. Thanks to NC team giving me opportunity to be part NC family.

3 rounds of interview were there (1 Tech + 1 TechnoManagerial + 1 HR). All of them I had cleared. Recruiter asked me to share all the documents to process offer letter including payslips, appointment letter, etc. Post that HR said that I'll get offer letter 3 days prior to my last working day in current Org. Then, after few days, I got email saying "You are not a best fit". Bottom line is they are not serious about recruitement process. They will take every single detail from you and offer you nothing. Didn't understand if candidate is not fit for the position they are hiring, why do they ask for documents.
