Nested Bean

The product I purchased for 6 months was even smaller than our old swaddle for 3 months, and of course, it didn't fit my baby. When I wanted to return it, they tried to discourage me with an extremely difficult process, but I didn't give up. I filled out the forms they sent and returned it at my own expense. However, almost 3 months have passed, and there's been no response; they haven't refunded my money nor contacted me. Don't waste your money! Never, ever shop from this company!

Horribly unimpressed with the level of customer service with this company. Paid $50 for the Zen Classic and when I received it there was a small stain, not a big deal. Then when I tried it on my son it was too small, so I filled out the exchange form I asked for a bigger size or a refund if that wasn’t possible. I received an email a few weeks later stating that it was soiled and therefore due to their policy I couldn’t get a refund or exchange. I responded and said it came soiled so the stain was not my doing as my son never slept in it and just tried it on. I asked for a refund or for my item to be returned to me as I paid for it. They basically repeated themselves and said that in their policy it states that if an item is returned soiled it will be donated. That is beyond ridiculous that I paid money for an item and I’m not allowed to get the item or my money back. So they get to keep everything and I’m just out $50. 100% do not recommend .

We use the nested bean zen one. It’s the best swaddle we have found. We bought the grow with me package which has the zen one 0-3 and 3-6 as well as the sleep sack for 6-18 months. Our baby is 4 months and has slept through the night since she was 2 1/2 months. She also loved to sleep with her hands by her face so the zen one allowed us to unzip the hand Mits so she could have her arms out. This is the reason she loved them. It also worked if the pajamas she was wearing didn’t have mittens we could zip the sleeves back on and she could still touch her face. I can’t recommend this product enough.

HIGHLY recommend for the baby who fights for his arms in the traditional swaddle. Our baby would wake himself up constantly trying to escape the swaddle to reach his hands. On night one in the nested bean, he slept 4 and 5 hour stretches. It provides the perfect amount of security while also allowing him to self soothe with access to his hands. He now also goes to sleep independently in his crib because he’s not angrily trying to get to his hands. We couldn’t recommend these enough as they changed our baby’s sleep habits immediately (and as such made our lives a LOT easier!). Thank you nested bean!
