The branch is mostly very packed, both the tellers and the customer service department. However, the customer service department is really good, they are humble.

Worst costumer service of gongabu branch👎️👎️One of the worst bank in terms of customer experience. I have never got anything on time . They do not know how to use technology effectively. Very arrogant behaviour of some staff members. Not bothered to improve even if you point out. They will still try and justify that it’s not their mistake. Bank manager should think twice before hiering the reception staffs.

The bank and it's staff are very slow. You have wait for an hour to make your work done and the employees they are very slow. They don't respond to customer problem properly. Small space with the crowd and their slow work makes it more crowded. When will they upgrade? Still old system.

I have a highly unsatisfactory experience with this bank in Nepal. I would strongly discourage anyone living overseas from considering them. I initially reached out to this bank in August to verify my email, a request I had made when I was physically in Nepal in July. They assured me it was completed on their end, but it turned out not to be the case. When I returned and attempted to transfer my funds, I didn't receive any OTPs via email. I've been trying to contact them since August 8th, but I've never received a positive response. If you're an NRN looking for hassle-free banking in Nepal, I highly recommend exploring other options and avoiding this bank. I would give them 0 star if that was an option.

Though one of the top bank of Nepal, I found the staff @ Gongabu Branch not friendly and co-operative. Thought they were happy if customer does not take services from them, it was just like bothering them. ATM service is great @Gongabu. There is minimum down time relative to other Banks ATM @ same location. e-Banking and other e-services are moderate.
