Neer Ganga Resorts

Extremely unprofessional .. pathetic sales department..never plan to book.. Inquired about three rooms at the resort, excited for a getaway, Initially, everything seemed perfect. The resort confirmed room availability and shared the prices. However, out of the blue, we were informed that all rooms were sold out. They promised to update us as soon as rooms became available again, but this update never came.When we followed up the next day, we were told once more that no rooms were available. This lack of communication and failure to keep us informed not only spoiled our excitement but also left us in a difficult situation, scrambling to find another pet-friendly resort on short notice. This experience reflects a significant level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service.It caused us considerable inconvenience and disappointment.I am sharing this to warn others about the potential for such issues with this resort. Travelers, be cautious if you decide to book with them

We visited in March 2024. The resort offers many Instagrammable views, Ganga view, decent swimming pool and great food taste. Lots of activities and games, private party area, bon-fire, meditation and spa. We enjoyed our stay. The only drawback we found was nobody dedicatedly available at reception, sometime the call went unanswered. The service was slow on the first day but after that it was picked up. The location of the resort is bit remote you have to travel 4 kms on hills from the main road and with Neer Garh waterfall mid way the road becomes very narrow with cars parked on one side. However it is worth visiting the resort.

Great view from the hotel , beautiful property , a little far above from main city making it challenging as it’s narrow and uneven road via the waterfall to reach hotel , better to go back to hotel before it gets dark, other than that it’s perfect for a leisure getaway. Sunset is mesmerising from the hotel. Hotel staff can be bit pushy with payments and better to order food an hour before as they make it fresh. Food is really good and can be enjoyed both spicy and non spicy.

I stayed at Neer Ganga Resorts for two nights with my wife & kid and we had a wonderful time. The resort is located on a hilltop and has a stunning view of the ganga river and the rishikesh city. The cottages are cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the private lawn, where we could sit and enjoy the breeze and the birdsong. The food at the restaurant was delicious and healthy, with a variety of dishes to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they arranged a hike to the nearby waterfall for us. Neer Ganga Resorts is a perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and experience the beauty and tranquility of nature. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and romantic getaway. Thank you yogesh ji for your help and support.

Perfect place to spend quality time with family, have all faculty for spending quality time with family and oneself, u can roam around for scenic beauty, hike and can play multiple games as they have facility for some indoor and outdoor games, Like table tennis, badminton, swimming and board games, in a peaceful place u can enjoy the quality stay, rooms, food, service everything u will gonna enjoy with beautiful view of ganga ji.
