They are giving access to frauds, their bank employee or customers are making fraud by sending whats app messages and requesting for investment. I tried issuing a complaint but they seem not to be bothered at all and took no action against it. Seems like they know about the frauds and still do not take any action as they are benefiting from it.

Its a pathetic service provide by them i apply my brother pan card through nsdl without any communication or informing my brother pancard go return back and now i m applying for reprint of pancard its shows some error and even i mail them then also they are helpless really its was pathetic

One of the most useless KYC agency. No reply, no service. Reject KYC without adequate reason. Don't reply to queries. All people whose KYC is through ndml is stuck. SEBI needs to re-look at the registration. Not helpful for KYC.

Stupid People and stupid service ,,I am not sure how they got this support work . actually they are not supporting anything.
