I was really really happy and pleased with the in-home Phlebotomist. She was excellent in doing my blood draw on the first stick. Check with your insurance and don’t pay them if you get a bill!!!! I’m extremely disappointed in your billing department. I had a pre-authorization from my insurance company to have genetic testing done in Feb 2023. Only recently, in the past 3 months, did I start receiving emails and text messages from you saying that you haven’t been able to get a hold of my insurance company to receive payment. I sent you pictures of my insurance cards twice. Last week, I got an email and text saying that you could not reach my insurance company and I owed you $249 for the test. I just spent 43 mins on the phone with my insurance company who called you at Natera, gave all my insurance information AGAIN and now MAYBE this will all be figured out. I’m supposed to ignore any bills that come from you for the next 30-45 days!! How many people unknowingly pay you and don’t spend the extra (a lot) of effort to get it all straightened out. What a pain!!!! And…..my guess is that it will continue because I’m sure you’re making tons of extra money! 🥵🤬😡.

Excellent support; scheduling was easy and the call to me was right on time. I had 6 or 7 questions about Signatera which were answered in a way that was easy to understand and gave me confidence that it is a good choice to monitor my health. I greatly appreciate being able to ask someone directly and not a general customer service person who answers the phone and many not have the training needed for more technical questions.

This company offers so many unique ways to get a blood your blood drawn and tests that are required that aren’t easily attainable. Come to your home at a pretty determined time. They are always on time and very professional. I like doing business with them.
