NapoleonCat is seriously the best social media management app I've come across! Their team is super supportive, and they truly deserve all 5 stars. So awesome!

Great tool for managing social media. Will help you save a lot of time! Recommend.

The tool has a flaw in that it if you respond to a message inside Instagram, the message will not flow through to Napoleon Cat. Something wrong with their API. We found this problematic as we were not sure if messages had been responded to or not. (We have users who exclusively use their phone). We flagged this as an issue for us and were told this had been fixed. We then paid for the subscription, however still found the problem occurred. We flagged it again and only then were told that this can't actually be fixed at all. We have since asked for our subscription to be refunded, but all of a sudden haven't heard anything back from the team at Napolean Cat. Be aware as they say the subscription is not refundable, but have no problem lying to you to get the subscription in the first place.

Loved it. A great tool to manage your social media. I absolutely recommend this if you want to grow your business.
