I subscribed to Napoleon Cat yesterday morning around 6:30 AM IST and Paid 257USD but, unfortunately after thoroughly testing the app, I found several critical issues that make it unsuitable for my requirements: 1. The AI assistant is unable to accurately classify comments as positive or negative. 2. Moderation functionality is not working as expected. 3. Many comments from my Instagram and Facebook accounts are not appearing in the app. These shortcomings indicate that the app is not delivering the promised level of service and accuracy, which is a breach of implied warranties under international consumer protection laws, such as the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (EU) and FTC regulations (USA) regarding digital products and subscriptions. On this basis, I kindly request the immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund. Please confirm the cancellation and refund process at the earliest. Looking forward to your prompt response. I have attached photos of the email details I have provided but noone is cared about giving me my refund.

NapoleonCat is seriously the best social media management app I've come across! Their team is super supportive, and they truly deserve all 5 stars. So awesome!

The tool has a flaw in that it if you respond to a message inside Instagram, the message will not flow through to Napoleon Cat. Something wrong with their API. We found this problematic as we were not sure if messages had been responded to or not. (We have users who exclusively use their phone). We flagged this as an issue for us and were told this had been fixed. We then paid for the subscription, however still found the problem occurred. We flagged it again and only then were told that this can't actually be fixed at all. We have since asked for our subscription to be refunded, but all of a sudden haven't heard anything back from the team at Napolean Cat. Be aware as they say the subscription is not refundable, but have no problem lying to you to get the subscription in the first place.
