I am lowly paid claim's adjuster who is to authorize prescriptions for injured workers. However, their website does not allow this. I have tried contacting the AM John Haubrich multiple times, via email, he does not have a phone according to customer service. Oh Well. Sorry no pain meds. I guess that is how the costs savings happens.

This moronic, pernicious, incompetent company should not be allowed to dispense water, much less pharmaceuticals. When they took over my fulfillment, they insisted my prescriptions could no longer be shipped to my home, because according to them, my address no longer existed. Even though I’ve been getting shipments there for two years. They could not explain why they thought this, nor did they offer any method of remedy. They’re only alternative ways for me to pick up physically at local pharmacies. I attempted this with two different stores. In both cases, my matrix refused to set up my account or provide any of my insurance information. I have since had to start getting my prescriptions through a boutique pharmacy and paying for them myself. is this company is way too moronic to figure anything out.

Rude costumer service. Don’t even bother calling them.

Not user friendly. Avoid them if you can.

They did a good job filling my prescriptions quickly.
