please anyone stop them they are scamming us they intentionally stick your funds and do not respond replies on your mails after weeks and they say wait-24-48 hours and after that they will again again say that and will not resolve your problem app has glitches and your money will get stuck worlds most unreliable and fraud trading platform how do they get lisence i don't know we should sue them

Absolute pathetic service, taking around 2-3 days to make your deposit available that was done through an IMPS transaction which should have been available instantly like other Crypto platforms. More importantly no one responds on your queries from the customer service team. Transferred money to Mudrex account, it deposited to their account but they say it failed or never reached them. Trying to reach their customer service to get back my money back but no response from them. Don't know how to get back my money now. I would have given a negative rating if available. Pls don't use Mudrex, don't use this platform to invest your hard earned money.

Mudrex is a 100% fake app, money will not be credited to the mudrex acc, I did transfer by IMPS 3 times, lost money from my bank account, no body responds to any queries.

Forget about the validity of their claims, or the value of even investing in BTC. One would expect a minimum level of communication and responsiveness from a start-up by the "shining lights" of India ("IITians"). Even after I managed to get my money out of this duplicitous platform, I am bombarded by scammy marketing emails, and no way to remove me from their mailing list. It makes one doubt their competence at doing anything more sophisticated.

Worst exchange which is working in india. They fress your fun in future wallet and you can even withdrawal your own fund. Even customer support doesn't respond even on multiple queries. This type of exchange should be baned.
