This concern to the district manger and the CEO Mr.Ma of Allo mon coco on decarie. Today my husband and I went to this location for breakfast at 3:30 when we walk in after waiting a couple of seconds and having one of the waitress staring at us than she decides to walk up to us to tell us the kitchen is close!!? When the restaurant closes at 4:00!! Now I remember 9 years ago when my father had tutti fruit our district manager was very strict on having our kitchen close at exactly 3:00 no early! And we use to close the kitchen 5 mins before 3:00. This is terrible customer service and management they rather give poor customer service close the restaurant 30 mins Prior and refuse customers. Just so they can go home early, instead of making more money for the restaurant and for waitress! Yes I understand it’s annoying when we get those last-minute customers, but that’s what the restaurant business is about. No restaurant kitchen closes half an hour before closing time. I am still in the restoration business and we close the time that we are advertised..

Rotten apples throughout the upper management with xtreme "conflict of interests" issues. I would love to do an audit on them! Don't investit in a company with hidden agendas...they all get caught in the end!

I really liked their restaurants but I'm really upset about the way they dealt with dagwoods points. I had the equivalent of 3 large subs (min 21$)and after mty took over, I had 1.14$ in mty rewards... I thought there could have been a mistake and contacted mty by phone and by email but got no answer back. Needless to say I will never go back to any of their restaurants considering they have the worst customer service available.

My Spouse and I had the Deluxe Burger specials on November 7th. Amazing price for a full Table d'hote, including soup of the day or the outstanding Potato soup. I had the French fries and my Spouse had the baked beans. It comes with dessert of the day and coffee. We were served by JOHN P. He does not write anything down, but everything arrived exactly the way we wanted it. Also on October 17, 2018 my Spouse had the Louisiana Chicken Table d'hote and I had the Burger. We were served by CHRIS W. He gave us amazing service. The lunch-time menu has excellent prices and great value. We come to Baton Rouge, Decarie location once a week.

Cheap company and bad culture. Used to be a franchise of MTY, the company was trying to charge money from everywhere. E.g. They ask you for a deposit of 10k and it will take you lots of more time (6 months+, they will find some excuses anyway) than they promise to get the deposit back and they will not return back the same amount. You will also pay for the fee that they are supposed to pay.
