Highly unprofessional organisation! They even don’t care about the candidate’s time. My interview process started in the end of September and went for 9 rounds of interview with the stakeholders around the globe for straight 2 and half months (as most of the panel members were on break, so had to give additional rounds as per their convenience). They even called me for final discussion in the office premises. It was for the position of Manager, not for any executive. Then HR called me to tell about another NEW round of interview with the VP for which I agreed via email. Then when the day finally came for the interview, HR called me and gave me a stupid reason of postponing the interview for December by telling about the restructuring. Then in December I emailed the HR, but she is not even bothered about replying to it. Do not ever waste your time getting struck in their pathetic interview process. There are many professional organisations. Go for them!
