Some of the staff seem ok but overall experience in-store is just bad - I understand there isn’t much room in the store, but I felt like I was being physically pushed around by staff scrambling to get their own customer’s orders. Wanted to overlook the poor experience and was actually about to purchase an item, but after having had a drawer pushed into my legs while standing by the counter (where I was instructed to stand by another member of staff), that was enough to put me off completely.

Wondering who the talent / hiring manager is for this store! I asked for some help from an aussie/kiwi sounding member of staff when she was free and her response was unbelievably rude. She literally grunted “what?” And then picked up her tablet, pointed at the screen and said “I’m doing this”. Fortunately found someone else to help who was aware that she is in a customer-facing role and had appropriate communication skills.

Visited today and Nuha served me - I honestly tried on most of the store and she was so patient, gave such helpful advice and was all round so lovely! Some of the best customer service I’d ever received in a store, thank you Nuha!! She deserves a huge raise, patience of a saint ;)

My friend and I, who both work in the area, recently visited to purchase the friendship rope bracelet and have it engraved. We were more than happy to wait our turn, but unfortunately, we noticed a clear difference in how we were treated compared to other customers. We felt this was due to us being in our work uniforms and despite politely asking for assistance, we were repeatedly overlooked in favor of others who arrived after us by the employee we requested help from. The employee’s attitude was also blunt and dismissive, making us feel unwelcome. We were ready to make our purchase, but the poor service we experienced led us to leave without buying anything. This was a disappointing experience, especially as fellow professionals in the industry.

Excellent Piercer and all the sales persons are excellent and was trying to do their job efficiently only to be interpreted repeatedly by a racist classist European Manager trying to prioritize customers that are dressed the part. I spent £198 in your shop so it's not really wise to judge customers by appearance or race. I would have definitely became a regular here but I don't respect the culture implemented by the company because the manager was acting discriminately with ease and I would assume that her behavior was okay to the directors of this company otherwise she wouldn't have been hired. It's such a shame. However I am still very much appreciative of the piercer who made feel welcome and at ease and did her job to the best of her ability.
