I'm a merchant and have been a Moneris customer for 14 years. They provide excellent merchant support/customer service with real people you can reach quickly who are knowledgeable and have quickly resolved any issues I've experienced. 10/10 would recommend to any merchants who need payment processing support

My businesses use Moneris for Merchant Services for nearly 30 years. Moneris has gotten almost $400,000 last year alone for 4 businesses and over 30 years its has to be over $10,000,000 and I am a NOBODY. I have been on hold with Moneris for over 1 hours and not a live person. How can you run a business like this? Especially with a valued client like myself and make me wait on hold for nearly an hour now? It really makes me feel like I'm working for you....

Horrible experience with Moneris. I was signed up with them for a 12 years as a small business. But lately my fees just going up and up. It felt like they had their hand in my account and were taking whatever amount they wanted. Finally I was fed up and called in to inquire. They had been charging me for 2 machines for over 2 years! I'm a small business and average 10-15 transactions month! Why would I need two machines? Clearly they can see I only use 1 machine. I thought they would do the right thing and refund me or credit me for the next 2 years. Nope! They offered me 2 months at a discounted rate. After 12 years of loyalty and 2 years of screwing me that was the "apology" I received. I told them to take everything back and cancel my account. They still had the audacity to charge me $50 to cancel. At that point I didn't care. Just wanted to get rid of them. Never again.

We use online sales for our fundraising and Moneris has been great to deal with. Their customer support is phenomenal and so is their product. I highly recommend Moneris.

While the customer service representatives are polite, the policies and fees are ridiculous. I have been a business customer for three years and when I decided to switch terminals to a different system (because it connects directly to my software) I was charged $300 just for the fact I was cancelling. I will never use Moneris for my business again. This company is large enough that they do not need to charge small businesses fees like this. Very disappointed.
