Can't give anything better than one star! Received a letter for gas checking and can't open our premises! No call back, no response from account manager, sat and waited 6 hours for a return call and now drawing my pension whilst still awaiting the same call! Going grey!

Richard Grosvenor said this... I have been warned that the vast majority of the collection will be sold and that even the few items displayed at Bass House would still be retained by Molson Coors and could be sold by them at any time. This terrifies me, not only are we about to see 1980 all over again, where the Guild street museum closed and exhibits were thrown onto a lorry and trashed, the rest sent to other museums in Derby, Stafford etc but we stand to lose artifacts that remain should Molson Coors see fit to sell them! How do they not see everything that's wrong about this entire debacle? How can they treat the history of a heritage town that welcomed them, with such shameful distain? How are our archives, artifacts, Vehicle's and Shire horses meant to reside at the Bass Town House? The brewing archives alone would fill the property. Added to that the Town House is no where near ready to accommodate anything, the suggestion is ludicrous! And we are told ESBC support this? They support the closing of another museum and the breaking up of a historical collection for a second time! When will these people grasp that without a healthy relationship with the past, we simply ignore the future.

Shame on you for closing the Brewing Heritage Centre. Your conglomerate and the local Council that must take fortunes off of you each year in business taxes need to take your heads out of your backsides and put some money back into the town. There is so much scope to make Burton a place of pilgrimage for beer lovers from all over the country if not the world. But you stand by idly and do nothing.
