Worst customer handling and service, I had a complaint about the courier service and raised a complaint to the customer support they only said will solve the problem but there is no move on that . Then the product will go to the seller, then what is the use of shopping with mesho? .and reciving damaged pieces also no words about this

The worst app I've ever seen they are sending the product it's like a fully used and old fully different cloth I tried 03 times to return still now they didn't update what is the service they are giving...... Please don't use meesho app

Dear meesho partner, It was very bad experience with your delivery guy. I order a pant from meesho and today I got a call from your delivery partner. I told them to come to our office, he came along with one of his friend. While they were coming on the way I saw them playing with my parcels, throwing around. When they came inside I asks them why they were playing with my parcel. And they were misbehave and talking so rudely saying its not glass or broken. They dont even have the courtesy to say sorry. I tried to confront them and they said to cancel or returned the item. Why should I have such a bad experience its not my first purchase ??? Please hire or train people before they go out for delivery. Servicing is not a joke its a dedication......

1 star or 0 star for pathetic courier service that is from their own "Valmo" a fraud courier service which has no physical address or contact number to reach out. My 4 orders was cancelled automatically stating delivery failed and sent back to supplier when they didn't even contact me once or updated on my orders. If I reach out to meesho customer support they repeat the same old scripted dialogues and they say we will take this as feedback and this won't be repeated and here I am writing this review with soooo much frustration and disappointment with this pathetic courier service which keeps the products on hold even when its reached bangalore it won't be dispatched for delivery instead they themselves send back to supplier. Even if I place new order those suppliers ship from valmo again its frustrating to go through this vicious cycle of fraudulent courier service. If this continues meesho definitely u will loose valuable customers for sure. Its sooo irritating that we can't even select or choose a different courier service while we place fresh order. Can't even reach out meesho for a resolution for all the cancelled and upcoming cancelling orders I can say as they are on hold from past 4 days.
