They are overqualified because by seeing a documents they can say that the documents are original or fake or in basis of that they can fight confidently with the candidate and argue with them that whatever she achieved in her life everything is fake I am heartly thankful to the HR for judge a Degree by seeing and say we won't be considered it. Just because they don't have any Idea how different universities provide different style of results and certificates. They used to say the paper quality doesn't looks like orginal. I have been trying to contact Meditab company and the HR team, but they are not responding to me. I haven't received any email explaining why they are confidently saying that it is fake. I already mailed them to clarify me. These claims have caused me significant distress, mental trauma, as they undermine my educational achievements.While I appreciate the need for confidence in HR roles, the HR rep's overconfidence came across as arrogance. They made inappropriate comments that felt invasive and unprofessional, crossing the line from friendly to uncomfortable. Instead of focusing on my qualifications, the discussion veered into personal territory that felt unnecessary and disrespectful. This experience has left me questioning the company's culture and values. I expected a professional and respectful interview process, and instead, I was met with behavior that was not only uncalled for but also damaging to the candidate experience. I hope Meditab Software Pvt. Ltd, Second Floor, 219, Kalasagar Shopping Hub, Nr. Sattadhar Cross Roads, Ahmedabad - 380061, takes this feedback seriously to improve their hiring practices in the future.

Employers often request their employees to submit their original certificates and documents for the purpose of verification. It is legal for an employee to retain the certificates or documents for the purpose of verifying the credentials of his/her employees. An employer cannot retain the original certificates of its employees as security and force its employees to work for him. Although there is no law to this effect the Courts in India have time and again held that retaining employees documents as security and forcing employees to work for a specific time and/or retaining an employees original certificates under a bond is arbitrary and irrational. Criminal proceedings may be initiated against an employer who unlawfully retains the original certificates of an employee.

There is meaning less policy for web developer they need 80% in your 10th and 12th for qualifying, it's crazy haha ha, even MNC companies don't have such criteria, and another funny thing you applied for front end developer and they offer you another job without reading your skills in resume. Better to apply at another place without wasting time with them.
