I have had the honor to work for MEDHOST since August 2005. Our core values set the foundation for everything we do. We have built a culture of wellness that is centered around both the employee and customer experience. Our average tenure is 8 years which is 2-3x times of the average technology company. Our goal is to provide a place where our associates are challenged, achieve professional growth, have fun, thrive with an entrepreneurial mindset and inheritably take care of our customers. I'm blessed to be part of this amazing team!

The service they provide is admirable but with the company shifting to more of a 'metrics' concern, rather than focusing on the client issues and customer focus, the company is quickly turning into a place no one wants to work for. I do not recommend this place unless you are using it as a stepping stone to advance your career. Most of the people are great, it is the management that is the problem. When it was HMS, it was awesome; this is no longer the case. I understand a business must make profits but they need to remember the employee who actually gets them where they are.

MEDHOST is an incredible company. I have the wonderful privilege of working for MEDHOST. The onboarding and training process is incredibly thorough. The products go through vigorous testing, and they are thoughtfully reviewed. Not only do we offer amazing products/services, but MEDHOST cares about its associates and partners. In a world that promises work/life balance, I have seldom heard of a company that actually encourages this…until I started working at MEDHOST. I highly recommend MEDHOST to any healthcare facility, vendor, or future new hire.
