I booked a dentist appointment for 11:45 AM and arrived at 11:49 AM. At reception, I informed them that I had ADNIC insurance, but after a few minutes, they told me it wouldn’t work. I then asked them to use NextCare, and they agreed. Shortly after, the nurse called me in for a checkup to confirm the reason for my visit. I told her I was there for a cleaning, and she said she would wait for insurance approval before proceeding. While waiting, another patient was taken in, and at 12:19 PM, I overheard the receptionist say that my approval had come through. However, instead of calling me in, they let someone else go ahead of me. I had a university class at 1:30 PM, and I specifically told the receptionist about it, hoping they would be considerate of my time. Instead, I was left waiting for 1 hour and 5 minutes before they finally called me in—only to tell me that the chair was broken. At that point, I was beyond frustrated. How could they keep me waiting that long, knowing I had a commitment, just to inform me of something they should have checked earlier? That being said, Dr. Marija Pavlovic was absolutely fantastic. She was kind, professional, and extremely skilled—the cleaning itself was fast, thorough, and painless. Despite the frustrating experience with the wait time and reception, she made the visit worthwhile. If only the rest of the clinic operated with the same level of care and efficiency as she does!

The kitchen staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication. They were courteous, attentive, and always willing to accommodate special dietary needs. Their promptness in delivering meals and friendly demeanor helped create a comforting environment, which is so important in a hospital setting. The food quality was above my expectations for a hospital. Meals were served fresh, well-portioned, and balanced, catering to a variety of dietary restrictions. The menu offered decent variety, which helped prevent the monotony often associated with hospital food. While some dishes could benefit from a bit more seasoning to enhance flavor, overall, the meals were nutritious and thoughtfully prepared.

I recently had the privilege of being treated at Medcare Hospital’s Department of Neurology, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional care I received. Dr. Khaled, in particular, was outstanding. His professionalism, attention to detail, and compassionate approach immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained my diagnosis in clear terms, and thoroughly discussed the treatment options available. I truly felt that I was in expert hands. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the nursing team, especially Ms. Naome. She was incredibly supportive and attentive, always ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout my visits. Her kindness and efficiency made a significant difference to my overall experience. Thank you to Dr. Khaled and the entire team at Medcare Hospital for providing such excellent healthcare. I highly recommend this department to anyone in need of neurology care.

We wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks to DR.JAMIL and his TEAM. Dr.Jamil is an artist he was able to successfully do the surgery of my 5yrs old daughter and remove the entire extra skin without even doing the grafting. Thanks to all the sister’s and Sister Ghanapyari for the exceptional care and compassion provided to our daughter during her recent surgery. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference, and we felt reassured knowing she was in such capable and loving hands. Your dedication to caring for her as if she were your own daughter touched us deeply. The attention to detail you demonstrated in every aspect of her care was truly remarkable. Not the best team when it comes to appointments! Given appointment by the Nurse and on the appointment day I get to hear, “Wasn’t me! It’s the nurse upstairs”. Not a very professional approach! Patients take out time leaving everything on the side to see their doctor because we have genuine concerns. A little more accountability would be helpful!
