Your response only reiterates my assertion of being bullied by a multinational Co as your statement reads I quote: " Please let me know if you want us to go ahead with your requirement or not" Allow me to refresh your memory:- Kindly see the number of follow ups we have made since Jan'22 & till now with Biswajeet (who was earlier handling the case) & since last 1 year app with you (details of mails sent): 06/01/2022 22/04/2022 29/08/2022 24/03/2023 & 25/03/2023 (reply to your query) 16/08/2023 & 17/08/2023 (reply to your query) 24/04/2024 In that duration the question of agreements with 3rd parties for supply of spares & service never once came up. This issue has only arisen once I have written to your Grievance cell on 05/11/2024 after which via your mail of 12/11/2024 you have asked for the agreements 3rd party for supply of spares & service. Even in this mail you have not mentioned that notarised documents were required. When we have furnished the said agreements you have rejoindered by asking for notarised documents & when we have mentioned that this request is frivolous you have resorted to threatening us by " Please let me know if you want us to go ahead with your requirement or not" in your mail of 12/11/2024. I have sent a reminder to your grievance cell on 12/11/2024 & am CC this mail to them for taking up the case. What I don't understand is that from 2022 to Nov'24, almost 3 years neither Biswajeet nor you were concerned with who will supply spares & provide service for KRE installed m/c's & this suddenly strikes you when I approach your Grievance cell - is there something that i'm missing here?
