I’ve been going to Marty’s for a while now, and they’re honestly the best. Reliable, honest, and they always get the job done without trying to upsell you on things you don’t need. They’re really knowledgeable about cars and can diagnose and fix just about any problem. You can tell they know their stuff. Plus, their prices are reasonable—definitely not like some of the other places in the city. If you’re looking for an affordable, trustworthy mechanic in NYC, this is the place. Highly recommend!

I wish I can give them 10000 STARS! 5 stars is not enough. Never ever had I dealt with a Bodyshop as professional as Marty’s. These guys are amazing and simply the best in everything that they do!

Second time coming to this place. This visit was for oil change and license plate installation. I did not make an appointment but they were kindly enough to accommodate me. In and out in only an hour or so and they didn’t even charge me for the plate installation. Couldn’t be happier about this shop. Highly recommend!

Didn’t provide a firm price until I came to pick up the vehicle, and they wanted 25% more than original estimate. After some push back they immediately dropped the price part of the way back to the original amount. After leaving I discovered they did not properly reattach my rearview mirror when replacing the windshield, and about ten minutes later the canopy on my sunshade fell into the car, which I suspect was due to poor AC conditions wherever they held the car causing the adhesives to melt. They gave me a partial discount for this, but did not seem apologetic at all and refused to take responsibility. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Would not recommend.

They fit me in for a same day inspection when I was turned away from another shop. Everyone there was friendly & knowledgeable and the inspection was fast! Highly recommend.

First time here, recommend by my coworker. They open at 7:30 which is a plus. They also have a courtesy shuttle to take u home or work if near of course....
