We booked a club room for 5 nights. Our package included the airport pick up and drop off which went very smoothly. Initially, we were given an old room with old furniture, and not well maintained. Mariott addressed the issue the same night by giving us a similar room but nicely maintained. Room service was impeccable. The staff, specially at the lounge was caring and attentive. The only advice to the upper executives is to start to renovate the hotel rooms and hallways . Everything else was luxury and top notch!

I recently celebrated my birthday at K3 in the JW Marriott Aerocity, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we stepped in, the luxurious ambiance set the perfect tone for a special day. The staff was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home and even offering to capture beautiful family photos to commemorate the occasion. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was a delightful journey, bursting with flavors and beautifully presented. It truly elevated the dining experience, leaving us all raving about our favorites long after the meal was over. Overall, K3 provided a perfect blend of exquisite cuisine and exceptional hospitality, making my birthday celebration a cherished memory for me and my family. I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking to indulge in a remarkable dining experience!

This is my go to hotel when I come to delhi. I’ve probably stayed here more than 10 times and every time the team here never disappoint. As a life time titanium number, I’m able to access the world class lounge, one of the best executive lounges I’ve been to. This and JW Bangkok are my top two favourite. The staff are incredibly polite, genuine and helpful. The rooms are clean, large and super comfortable. Enjoy.

I rarely give 5 stars for anything. But my stay at Marriott Aerocity was simply wonderful. Even the location is such that it is a 10 minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, beautiful Mall just in adjacent side and, of course, both terminals T1 and T2/T3 just 15 minutes away.

Had a wonderful experience at the hotel . The ambience is contemporary and yet not overwhelming. It retains its Indian charm with a lot of finesse without compromising on the international feel . The staff was very very friendly and courteous. The highlight was having a chat with Chef Anurag , who made time despite his hectic schedule
