An excellent hotel near the airport. Aesthetically pleasing building design and elegant interior decor. Spacious and well-appointed rooms. Great service all round from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant wait staff to security which makes this property stand out. Buffet spread for breakfast and dinner at K3 is wide with their 3-kitchen cuisine concept. Culinary execution is reasonably good. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

Truly a 5 star experience! Loved their hospitality from the time we entered till we left. The hotel is extremely spacious and very well decorated. The vibe is so good inside, it doesn't feel like India honestly!

It’s a great property with very spacious rooms. I recently happen to visit the hotel as one of my friends was staying here so I got an opportunity to look at the rooms. The rooms are good and the room service was great too. The staff is very courteous. Though I have visited the hotel several times over years and have always had a great experience. If the weather is great then one can also sit in the open area and sip a great coffee or enjoy a meal. It has a very large lobby and a great coffee shop. One must also try their restaurant. The nearby area in Aerocity is too good where the hotel is located. There are some amazing cafés and restaurants nearby - one can have a great evening at the nearby places too

I’ve been visiting this property for 11 years now as a Bonvoy titanium or ambassador elite Last visit was this week (Dec2024) The dining is great. But the services have definitely gone down in the last one decade. No complementary upgrades even for loyal customers who spent thousands of dollars in stay on this property and the staff don’t simply understand. On our floor, we were greeted by staff very courteous, and then when we walked into the distance in the corridor to our room, the two staff started to talk to each other in abusive Hindi language! Overall, the service level is not satisfactory, and I will not be going back to this property on my many visits to New Delhi aerocity. This property does not appreciate loyalty and /or value to give good customer service

I recently celebrated my birthday at K3 in the JW Marriott Aerocity, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we stepped in, the luxurious ambiance set the perfect tone for a special day. The staff was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home and even offering to capture beautiful family photos to commemorate the occasion. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was a delightful journey, bursting with flavors and beautifully presented. It truly elevated the dining experience, leaving us all raving about our favorites long after the meal was over. Overall, K3 provided a perfect blend of exquisite cuisine and exceptional hospitality, making my birthday celebration a cherished memory for me and my family. I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking to indulge in a remarkable dining experience!
