This was my first JW Marriott property and they definitely made the stay memorable. Titanium Elite member, was upgraded to a beach suite. Great food selection for breakfast and for happy hour at the executive lounge. Lots of individualized attention to ensure stay was smooth. Really appreciated direct access to the beach via the back of the hotel. Solid gym with the essentials + Barbell and Smith Machine. No power rack for Barbell though!

One of the best hotels in western suburb. It is a huge property with excellent service.. rooms and service both are amazing. Restaurants have wide variety of cuisines and the taste is genuine. It also has a nice garden and swimming pool is well located overlooking the beach. There is an entry to the beach which is well guarded. Overall a nice place to stay and eat out.

Met our expectations. We used the drop off and pick up services. Easy to communicate with the concierge. Our flight was severely delayed and we thank the whole team for their flexibility and generosity. They have WiFi available in the car which was a bonus! It’s a big hotel and despite so many visitors they were attentive and met every request. We stayed in the club rooms and would recommend this category. The food choices in the lounge was good and they were attentive. Again whenever they good they accommodated our requests. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping were attentive. The bathroom needed a bit of a scrub but as soon as it was reported it was dealt with straight away. The breakfast choices are amazing and it’s open till 11 which is amazing especially when you are jet lagged.

Exploring Mumbai and experiencing an Indian wedding was incredible, but the Marriott was our peaceful retreat. It felt like a luxurious home away from home. A huge shoutout to Ganesh, our housekeeper – his attentiveness was exceptional! The entire staff was fantastic. (Note for members: the breakfast buffet is complimentary, but lunch/dinner are not.) The hotel's beauty and heightened security added to the feeling of complete relaxation and safety. We cherished every moment.
