Worst software company to deal with and especially with what they charge. Sent multiple emails regarding my subscription and exporting data and received no response. So glad I have cancelled my subscription and judging by the other reviews this is not suprising.

The worst ecommerce software that currently exists. No support, no new development, completely dysfunctional terrible software. Moving away has been a great decision and everyone who is currently using this terrible software should find a way to switch.

Retail is not Monday to Friday. ZERO customer support when software issues arrive on the weekend. How a company sells software for retailers doesn't get this staggers me..... lazy, lazy, lazy,

absolute garbage company, cancelled my account over two months ago and some how managed to get my new card details and charge me again, absolute scammers be careful

DOES NOT COMPLY WITH UNSUBSCRIBE REQUESTS. I placed an order with onr of their clients who requested I confirm my email via a reply. I confirmed and asked they not email me advertisements or newsletters. They replied acknowledging my request and sent a link to remove myself from all lists, which supposedly unsubscribed me, I even had a confirmation page indicating successful removal. Then, one day later and the advertisement emails start coming. This is rediculous! There was no indication of a time lapse, when unsubscribe is confirmed, that's it, stop contact immediately.
