Very poor management.. only 3 stalls in trial room for such a large store.. they conveniently follow some rules and ignore others.. staff is quite rude.. Haven’t looked through the entire collection but women’s tops are mostly polyester and priced 2k plus.. Kids sleepwear quality not so great.. some kind of mixed fabric I think

Well bought a shawl here and said 25% discount from the same rack old stock and he suddenly says after we go to pay that its full price but the 2 Shaws are the same next to each other . Shady stuff . Wouldn't suggest going to this outlet at all. As is it has nothing of any good. And cheap tactics played by the staff .

Billing wrongly done. Prices billed dont match the price tag. Check your bills before you leave.

My experience was pathetic ,i have buyed one piece which is now damage and from two month i am following for this same but the service is seriously pathetic .and they were just doing time pass sending the mail pictures and after 2 months they are telling me they will not help me .self visited the shop and showed my one piece to the staff but they are not helpings me for my query.

This outlet is really bad. I had taken my 3 months old baby for shopping & was just feeding her in the trial room & also my mother was billing the pieces (approximately 20,000 shopping) . Vanita was really rude as she already had seen me with my baby still she said you can’t occupy the trial room & it had just been 10 minutes in that time I tried all my clothes & also fed my baby. As a responsible person & being a lady specially they should understand us. I understand everyone has a job but you should be supportive with the baby but instead she dint even have the courtesy to apologise instead she was arguing that she dint know that I was with my little one. Also we were feeling that we should hurry up so my mom was billing the pieces till I could feed my baby even we understand that others are in a queue. MR. Bipin as well was least interested in helping us & was not even ready to deliver my pieces given for alteration. No staff of this outlet was helpful or even had the courtesy to apologise. Very very bad experience.
