Marks & Spencer

I often visit Marks & Spencer to shop for apparel. The brand by itself needs no introduction, and it is one of my favourites. The quality of apparel is incomparable. The biling at counters in this store and it’s branches across the city is rather slow. It really puts you off. I really wonder how it is consistent throughout their stores in the city. Looks like they need a quick training on how to hasten up the process. There have been times when we have left the store empty handed due to the wait time at the billing counter. Most times, there is only one billing executive handling the counter. Looks like they are really saving on the staff.

It's never crowded in this store and you have the full advantage of having a sales representative in assisting you. They have a decent collection in men's wear. Reasonably priced as well

M & S is the place for modern clothing where you can get better options for daily wear or casual wear. M&S sets the trend in clothing as per modern clothing.

Decent toiletry and casual collection. Perfumes are nice but not very long lasting ( 4-5 hrs).

Not much choice for kids. Have seen smaller stores having a better stock

Looking forward to visiting again to stock up on the Royal Jelly hand creme. Best I have ever found.

Love this place. I found the most amazing food gifts here. Really exceptional interesting and delicious delicacies. Also, expensive but not exhorbitant...
