A bigger outlet of Marks & Spencer spacious and a delight to shop as it was not crowded. Pretty trendy dresses and good collection in fact , more of night wear collections. The menswear was also good. Worth the price as the quality of each dress was extremely too good and soft on the skin. Having shopped online for quite some time it was a great change to try out and buy … a satisfying shopping experience 👍

I have been a M&S customer for ages with a lot of respect for their quality. However extremely disappointed with my latest purchase of a Tshirt. It's bleeding colour and has spoilt my other clothes also. Very very sad.

Collection is limited and staff are very helpful. But the billing experience is worst - just too slow even when 3 counters were open and only 5 customers in total. It still took us 15 mins to get billed. Wonder if the same billing staff worked at Lifestyle (which is just opposite) it would take several hours to bill.

Well maintained place. Good variety for ladies clothing. They have bath and bedding section also. Very wide fitting rooms. Spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Alterations can be done here from their end as well..

I purchased outdoor bred pork fillet medallions with a mushroom sauce from my Marks and Spencer’s store, Sprucefield, Lisburn.. looking forward to eating, I cooked half the amount 3 medallions, I have never tasted anything so revolting, the meat was so tough and inedible, I know how to cook meat by the way, I was so disappointed, it was described as pork fillet, there is no way that was pork fillet and I really feel you could have them on the trade descriptions act..I tried to complain on their web site, however they make it so complicated you give up! Please avoid this, it was disgusting….I’m having to put this review on trip advisor because the customer service on line is pathetic.

Placed 3 orders online, money taken from my cc immediately, one of the orders was for 4 dining room chairs, on day of expected delivery got email ordered cancelled as stock was damaged, went into simply food to collect other 2 orders bedding, I didn't want orders so asked for them to be returned, now only been refunded for 1 order despite emails saying both refunds been done HAS MY MONEY DISAPPEARED IN TO CYBER SPACE after lots of phone calls to South African call centre where no one cares and don't have a clue I now have a dispute with my cc company also M&S to try get my money back AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

I bought a thigh and waist slimmer slip in M&S, which I wanted for a wedding. I wore it for the wedding, only to find that it rode up under my dress continuously. I had to visit the ladies constantly to pull it back down. It ruined my day! I sent an email to customer services to inform them of this issue. They examined the item and informed me that there was nothing wrong with it. It was 'not fit for purpose', but they said it had passed the quality test and that they would be returning it. I felt like a liar! I stated that someone needs to try wearing it for a while to see, but they wouldn't have it. Even though I wasn't a happy customer, they refused to give me a refund. What happened to customer satisfaction. I have always shopped in M&S, but obviously, their priorities have changed, and not for the better. Shame on you as a company!!

Awful customer service representative, I placed an order and mistakenly didn’t realise my old address was still on the app for delivery, phoned up to ask why I hadn’t received my order and the guy I spoke to was so condescending, he basically told me there was nothing he could, calling me dear and practically shouting down the phone, luckily I could retrieve my parcel from my old address but I wonder how Many people this has happened to, I realise it was my fault but the guy didn’t have to be so rude, very disappointing M&S

I used their online Website to order a gift..... what a disaster! Totally and utter failure. The gift was a bottle of prosecco and chocolates. It never arrived having been broken in transit by the Courier. However they marked it as delivered. So no one knew, no one and certainly not me or the recipient received any communication or apology. No refund and inspite of 10 emails to M&S to get it sorted... no result. Diabolical Customer Service. I would avoid them like the plague!!
