We are a small business and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Mark Allen Group. We attended a conference and paid our fee to them in good faith. Nearly two years later, they came after us for VAT they had failed to charge at the time. When we pointed out that this was their error, they refused to discuss a compromise or resolution and instead resorted to taking us to court! Their approach has been nothing short of aggressive and unprofessional. For any small business considering working with Mark Allen Group—be warned. Avoid them at all costs!

Mail spamming company. Avoid. I keep getting "promotional" materials to my address apparently to different names, which never lived here. And keep getting it for few years now, regarding Specsavers fake customers.

Absolutely unbelievable company. I contacted them twice by email to cancel my subscription. They do not respond at all, they forward the magazine, although I have warned them twice that I am requesting a cancellation of the subscription
