I was hesitant to go in because of some of the reviews I read regarding having a “pretty woman experience”. I wanted to take a gander anyways because the store has so much to offer. That wasn’t the case at all for me! I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone couldn’t have been nicer. I brought my baby in and walked around, everything in there is divine. I didn’t buy anything but I have my eye on a few items now and I know where to shop when I want to treat myself or buy a gift for someone!

Have always had a wonderful and memorable experience shopping here. Boutique is impeccably curated. Friendly consultants. Quality pieces that will last a lifetime.

Other reviews have said it perfectly, I also felt a “pretty women” vibe. You should be ashamed of yourselves for treating customers this way. Went in to buy a pair of Balmain sunglasses and dolce shoes and overheard a coworker say to the other to “watch me” I made it clear that I heard them and instead of an apology I got a dirty look. Luckily waterside mall had the same items I wanted and got my purchase in the end along with really helpful and respectful help from from their sales team. Even snagged a couple other items! Dear Marissa, Please don’t reply with “call management “ instead take that time to teach your employees some proper etiquette
