We visited Miña Penelope and MALVA while visiting the Valle de Guadalupe region. The wine and the lunch there were incredible. We met the owner and he guided our tasting explaining the roots of their vineyard, farming practices and more. The coursed lunch was creative and highlighted local flavors. We shared a bottle of their estate sparkling wine and it was perfect.

My fiancé and I had a fantastic dinner at Malva this weekend. We tried their eight-course tasting menu and loved every dish—it was creative, fresh, and delicious! The staff was attentive, and we enjoyed the cozy, tree house-like atmosphere. If you're in Valle, Malva is can’t-miss!

Is my second time in Valle and Malva is just One of the best restaurants that you are going to find. The food is just amazing and the service wonderful.
