Never a great experience with this company delivery is always a mess the boxes were delivered before we opened and the boxes were half way on the pavement and washing up liquid had bursted open and went all on the drink case and they would reply saying ‘ oh it’s just the box that’s wet nothing else has happened’

Why wont you create a account for my business? Everytime I have been to the warehouse to order items, I have been advised by the lovely lady on reception to leave my details and someone will get back to me... they havent. I would like delivery, but the very nice Aqsa in Pakistan tells me the routing manager will not approve delivery to my location, even though several of my neighbours have delivery. Have I done something to the routing manager that he is not happy with me? Today I was in the warehouse at 9am, and asked if a manager was availble to assist with account creation, but there was no management onsite as they dont get in until 11pm. I was also shocked last week when the lady in front of me was overcharged £200, and she was very lucky to have spotted this and came back to rectify,

Spent over a week with the customer service team, based overseas, to arrange an account. Initially told everything should be ok, however, after a week of chasing for updates and being asked the same or similar questions,I am told it is not possible.. why have you wasted so much of my time for something you could have checked/confirmed during our first conversation? The product list seems good, but there is no pricelist that I could find and havent received one even after requesting one from the customer service rep. I even went to the warehouse to see some products, and make a purchase, but when I asked about a delivery, the lady on reception was not very helpful and advised me to speak to the people on the phone. Not sure when and how a company can feel that it is so "big" that it doesn't want new customers. Or are my expectations too high? I might go back, but you get one star Magna for having terrible customer service and wasting my time.
