I was over the moon with the service I experienced. Gia was patient and kind. She listened and really wanted to hear my thoughts. She also gave her suggestions which were great. I went for the full highlights, toner and blow out. It was so nice!

I had a wonderful experience at Madison Reed Rice Village! I went in to get my hair dyed the blackest black, and the results were exactly what I hoped for. The staff was so friendly and professional, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The color came out perfect, and my hair looks amazing. I’m so happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Madison Reed Rice Village to anyone looking for great service and beautiful results!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The stylist was rude and rough from the beginning. I asked questions to help understand which color I should get and she was not interested in helping at all. She had no manners. She yanked and ripped my hair. Didn’t detangle so hair was actually ripped out. Got my collar soaked when shampooing. Almost burned my scalp when drying, I said ow and she didn’t even adjust. Didn’t even ask if I was happy with result at the end. I doubt I will ever go back to this location.

OMG, I love this place to be honest. I actually never used the salon but every time I go in the staff is super nice super sweet and take time with what I need at least getting what I need. I purchase my hair color there and I do it at home. Like I said the staff is always super sweet kind and take time finding exact color that I need in and out with no problem super glad that I can just stop by and grab a kit and do it at home myself because I’m a business mom that is always needed lol so it works for me. Thank you so much and I should be in there today or tomorrow for my pick up for my root , touchup kit. Thanks Emily

my hair is a dark orange, i asked for a money piece but all i got was white roots. i have bleach lines all over my hair and white patches where bleach was saturated. i wasn’t checked on often. i had to get my hair rinsed twice because my hair is thick, so the first rinse was the under half of my hair, which isn’t the issue, my issue was after i had that part rinsed, i was dripping water down my shirt from how wet my hair was and i wasn’t given a towel at all until i asked for one, which honestly made me feel guilty for even asking because i felt like a bad customer or a negative nancy but i wasn’t! my stylist also dripped bleach on my clothes (on accident of course) and when i mentioned it, she wiped it for me and then sprayed a heavy saturation of hairspray on the bleach spot without notifying me beforehand that she was planning to do that. when i questioned her about it, she explained that ‘supposedly’ it helps undo the bleach. the second time i had my hair rinsed and conditioned, i sat there with the conditioner in my hair and my stylist swapped with another to finish rinsing my hair out because she started dying another customers hair. i also wasn’t given the option to have my hair styled for me. my stylist went to the back room while i styled my hair and never came to even check to see what it turned out looking like and didn’t even touch my hair at all afterwards. i paid almost $200 just for my hair to look very similar to the color i had when i walked in but worse!
