Madison Reed

I am a first timer in Madison Reed! My appointment started on time and Te was my stylist. She was friendly and helpful. I love my hair color and how safe their hair color is! I also took advantage of the membership. You’ll definitely save a lot!

I went in with an extension piece, asking to see if they can match it. Please look at the photos and tell me how you can get something so wrong. I even asked for a blow out with a girl blow drying my hair seem like it was gonna take over two hours just for a blow dry so I said I’ll just skip the blow dry this time. She got mad stormed off and wouldn’t even help me check out she just put the payment due on the screen and walked away. They messed up my hair color and also gave me attitude. I don’t understand how anybody would return to a place like this.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. While everyone who serviced me was nice and professional, my service did not go well. I went in wanting my gray roots colored and a semi permanent put on the rest of my hair to refresh the color. My hair was a pretty bright reddish tone with darker roots. I left the salon with bright cherry red roots and dark hair. This was extremely disappointing because there was so much that had to be done to my hair previously to get it lifted to now be left with dark hair again. My hair is just too fragile to try and remove the darker color and the color used on my roots is permanent. Also the young lady who washed my hair didn’t rinse it well which I did not discover until I went home to blow dry it. While I think the color bar is a great concept and I was really hoping to have a place I could go and maintain my color, I will not be back.

This was my first time coming to Madison Reed hair color bar and let me tell you I had an amazing experience with this location! Everything was perfect! From consultation to color application and washing my hair and getting a blow out I LOVE MY HAIR COLOR! I feel so happy and confident with how everything turned out. I will be definitely coming back to this location. Tamanna did an amazing job with color consultation and the application. Rosie shampooed my hair and gave me a wonderful blowout. I am so much happier internally and externally! Thank you so much MADISON REED! 💜💜💜

The color is great, some colorist do a better job than other in the salon but you won’t know who will do your hair. They Do Not Rinse the colored hair well. Most of the time, I have to come home and take a quick shower to rinse the colors out of my hair. Trying to go safe with the color and on the other hand damaging the hair by leaving the color on your scalp until next wash .
