Here are the major issues I faced: 1. *Unclean Rooms*: The rooms were not maintained properly, which was a major turn-off. 2. *Late Lunch Service*: Lunch was served extremely late, which disrupted our plans for the day. 3. *Limited and Unappetizing Breakfast*: The breakfast spread was minimal, with only small dosas and poris being served. The absence of sambar or other complementary items was disappointing. 4. *Poor Service*: The service staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns, making our stay even more unpleasant. Overall, my experience at Maat Lake View Resort Alleppey was subpar, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

If we stayed like resort was very beautifull we were very happy the rooms are cool we are very happy with it nothing to say management service very nice thank you maat hotels
