They charged me twice and I never got the response from the doctor or lybrate. I lost my money and after even raising concern many times, still did not get any response from them. I don’t recommend this app to anyone.

Taken 25000/- for some enhance city plan and ever since I haven’t got more than 1 patient till date after more than 2 mths of subscription. Multiple emails, WhatsApp msgs not responded to. Dear doctors do not subscribe to this app.

Worst app and website.. my money got deducted from wallet its been 7days there is no response from doctor. Also the team lybrate support also not giving any response to my issue though trying to communicate them everywhere but they are unavailable the contact no. Seems off. This scam of money and their irresponsible behaviour of not giving any reliable contact not attending responding to your issues mails.Its Horrible unexpected experience from lybrate.
